How to make juicy fried chicken at home

Fried chicken is a delicious southern tradition that has spread to the rest of the country. However, if you are looking to make it at home, you should know how to fry chicken so your meat stays juicy and tender. To do this, first, take boneless skinless breasts and pound them out until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

Next season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper for flavor then dredge in cornstarch until covered all over before frying in vegetable oil on medium-high heat for 4 minutes per side. Finally, sprinkle with crushed red peppers flakes for an extra kick!
