There are many different ways to fry chicken, but there are a few key steps that will help you achieve the perfect results every time. First, make sure your chicken is properly seasoned. This means adding salt, pepper, and any other spices you like to both the outside of the chicken and the inside of the cavity. Second, heat your oil to the proper temperature. If your oil is too hot, your chicken will be burnt on the outside but still raw on the inside. If it’s not hot enough, your chicken will be greasy and wonky. Third, don’t overcrowd the pan. This will lower the temperature of the oil and make it harder to get evenly cooked chicken. Finally, let your chicken rest before serving.
